CoreWeave has completed its $2.6 billion first-lien delayed-draw term loan due September 2031 at S+550, with a 0% floor and an OID of 97 through a JPMorgan-led arranger group, according to sources. Initial price talk was S+425-450 with a 99 OID, before the deal was flexed wider to S+550 with an OID of 96-97. The yield-to-maturity is 10.44%.
